Billing History
To see your billing history go to your control panel
(http://yourdomain.com/menu or click the login button
on this page). Then click the BILLING HISTORY icon.
Canceling your
account
To cancel your hosting account please submit a request
to the help
desk. No other form of cancellation will be recognized.
Changing credit
card information
To change your credit card securly please go to this here.

Changing your user information
To see your user information go to your control panel
(http://yourdomain.com/menu or click the login button
on this page). Then click the Account manager icon. From there you can go to the bottom of the page and
edit your billing and account information. This is also
where you can update your email information.
Printing Invoices
To see your invoices and print them go to your control
panel (http://yourdomain.com/menu or click the login
button on this page). Then click the BILLING HISTORY
icon. Inside this page, any invoices
that have posted to your account will be available for
printing. This screen itself is a history of all your
hosting transactions.
Upgrading
your account
To upgrade your account go to your control panel (http://yourdomain.com/menu
or click the login button on this page). Then click
the UPGRADE CP icon. Select the plan you want and follow the general prompts.
